Shotradio.com (hereinafter to be referred to as the "Service"), is a service furnished and managed by RIDE RECORDS .INC(hereinafter to be referred to as "RIDE RECORDS")

To access the website of the Service, you do not need to register your personal information (i.e., information about yourself that makes personal identification possible, such as your name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone number, and/or the mail address). RIDE RECORDS only identifies whether or not the terminal you use is a member’s terminal or a non-member’s terminal and does not seek any information that makes it possible to identify you. Your personal information such as the name of the person who possesses the terminal you use is held by the cellular phone operator and is not disclosed to RIDE RECORDS except in the cases stipulated in the provisions of the rules for the use of i-mode, such as nonpayment of the telephone charge.

RIDE RECORDS may ask you to register your e-mail address to furnish any service that requires RIDE RECORDS to send an email to you. RIDE RECORDS may process your personal information when you, for example, enter a prize competition or send in a letter or a response to a questionnaire. In handling such information, RIDE RECORDS observes the relevant legislation and norms and properly and strictly handles the information in line with the policy described later herein.

The acquisition, utilization, and management of personal information in relation to the management of the Service shall be carried out by RIDE RECORDS.

Policy concerning the handling of personal information

RIDE RECORDS acquires and uses personal information mainly for the following purposes:
(1)To furnish the Service and to contact you to inform you of affairs necessary for the management of the Service;
(2)To identify a prize applicant, informing the applicant of winning a prize, and sending the prize etc.;
(3)To identify the sender of a letter, to contact the sender etc.;
(4)To send a questionnaire for the improvement/upgrading of the Service, the development of a new service, and various other surveys.

RIDE RECORDS strictly manages the personal information acquired in the management of the Service through the appointment of a chief privacy administrator in order to prevent any illegal access, loss, destruction, alteration, leak or otherwise.

Except in cases required by legislation, RIDE RECORDS does not disclose your personal information to any third party. In cases where your personal information is furnished to a third party with your consent, RIDE RECORDS requires the third party that receives the information to handle the same properly and strictly.

Use of statistical data

For the management of the Service, RIDE RECORDS keeps a record of access from our user terminals. RIDE RECORDS uses the record to statistically analyze the bracket to which users belong and trends in the use of services so that more attractive content that meets user needs can be offered. RIDE RECORDS also uses the record to report statistical data to third parties including advertisers, sponsors, and business partners so they know the bracket to which the users belong. The statistical data do not include information that makes it possible to identify any individual. RIDE RECORDS does not track access by any particular individual.
